Excellent question, spirituality is very different from religious dogma. This is a spiritual retreat based on the teachings of the Ascended Masters as presented by Mark and Elizabeth Clare Prophet, derived from the mystical teachings of the world religions.

Belief in these teachings is not a requirement to attend this retreat and we invite you to participate and learn more about these teachings. We believe they will support your own spiritual development.

Healthy meals and snacks are included in the retreat cost, and you are welcome to bring additional snacks of your preference. The airport shuttle will stop by a local, natural grocery store on our way to the Inner Retreat so you may pick up snacks or nutritional supplements like vitamins you may need. Please remember to pack any prescription medication you require.

We can provide for guests who prefer a vegetarian diet or have minor gluten/nut allergies by preparing meals without those ingredients. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment due to the risk of cross contamination, despite using clean utensils and equipment. For those with severe food allergies, we regret that we are unable to provide specialized meal preparation. Our kitchen staff works hard to provide delicious, hearty meals that we think you will enjoy!

During this retreat, we strive to maintain a high level of discipline and focus on personal growth, learning, and self-improvement. We do not allow the use of alcohol or any other form of intoxicants. This is a time and place for delving deeper into oneself and facing challenges. If you need support, our mentors are available to offer guidance and understanding. Please keep in mind that a retreat here is not a typical vacation and we hope you will find physical, mental, spiritual, and emotional growth. Before deciding to participate, we encourage you to consider whether this type of experience aligns with your goals. 

The rooms provided have towels for your use during your stay. The lovely folks at Yellowstone Hot Springs Resort have towels available for rent, but you may of course bring your own!

Each room has its own private bathroom, you would only need to share a bathroom if there is another person also assigned to the room. Room assignments depend on the number of people attending the retreat.
