Mary, Queen of the Angels
Who hears the prayers and cries of little children? Who listens as they pour out their trials and triumphs, their pain, grief and burdens, their hopes and fears, love and gratitude to God?
The angels do!
Children and angels share a special bond. Perhaps because children are still close to the heaven they have only recently left. And this special bond includes angels from across the infinite sea of angelic beings, beginning with Mary, Queen of the Angels.
Guardian Angels are always there, too.
And legions of Listening Angels attend the inner dialogue of children of all ages.
Over the last several weeks, we have profiled seven great archangels: Michael, Jophiel, Chamuel, Gabriel, Raphael, Uriel and Zadkiel. We have examined their special service to our souls and divine potential.
This week, we will highlight other important figures of the angelic realm: guardian angels, Listening Angels, and Mary, Queen of the Angels!
