Flights
Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport provides non-stop flights to more than 20 cities in the United States with connections all over the world. Rental cars are available at the airport.

TSL Van rides
Transportation for regular attendees and volunteers will be available to and from the airport according to the schedule below. Please note that no transportation will be offered outside of this schedule. Donations to help cover our costs are appreciated.
Arrival van rides from Bozeman Airport to RTR:
- Tuesday, April 15—arriving at the airport for pickup at 3:00 p.m.
- Wednesday, April 16—arriving at the airport for pickup at 3:00 p.m.
Departure van rides from RTR to Bozeman Airport:
- Monday, April 21—leaving RTR at 8:00 a.m.
- Tuesday, April 22—leaving RTR at 8:00 a.m.
Please be aware that no pick-up or departure rides will be available during the four-day conference.

Limited individual rooms are available near King Arthur’s Court at Ranch Headquarters. For conference attendees, the cost is a flat rate of $432 per room. If sharing a room, costs may be split. Extra nights are charged at $40.

Healthy meals, including vegetarian options, are served daily at the Ranch Headquarters Cafeteria during the conference (breakfast, lunch, and dinner). To expand your food choices, there are also restaurants in the nearby Gardiner area.

The Advanced Program is designed for seasoned Keepers of the Flame familiar with The Summit Lighthouse’s advanced spiritual practices and includes more intense, fast-paced decrees. Both tracks provide unique opportunities for growth, allowing you to choose the path that best aligns with your spiritual journey.

The only ritual offered exclusively within the forcefield of the conference is The Ritual of Soul Retrieval. Your registration fee includes access to all sessions, rituals, and recorded replays for one full year after the event.

Event recordings will be available daily on our conference hub. Upon registration, you will receive access to a secure portal where you can watch sessions at your convenience, allowing you to engage with the teachings on your own schedule.
