This is an excerpt from Elizabeth Clare Prophet's 1999 Valentine’s Day address given at the seminar, Atlantis Is Rising.

Accelerate the Quality of the Heart

“I always welcome the opportunity to speak to you on Valentine's Day weekend because I like to contemplate with you that intangible, mysterious, yet ultimately essential quality of love.

“This year we are all working hard to balance our karma, to balance it in the equilateral triangle of our being, to connect with Saint Germain and all the hosts of the Lord so that we might give them their due. That is our greatest desire.

So we give our calls to the violet flame. We give our calls to beloved Saint Germain. Yet there is another component that we must not leave out as we continue our spiritual work this year and that is the acceleration of the quality of the heart. This is what Gautama Buddha was talking about when he gave us the thoughtform for the year 1999. Remember, the thoughtform for the year is our spiritual focus for the year.

Gautama said: “The thoughtform for the year 1999…is yet again the power of the three-times-three and the raising up of your heart and the hearts of all lightbearers of the world in the manifestation of that which Mighty Victory has carried so many, many years. And you may carry it now.”

The Power of the Three-Times-Three

The Ascended Masters have spoken many times about the power of the three-times-three and why it is so essential. On February 14, 1988, Mother Mary said:

The cycles are turning and the decade of the nineties does portend for all the initiation of the three-times-three whereby the threefold flame of the Presence, the threefold flame of the Holy Christ Self and the threefold flame upon the altar of your heart must come into alignment by balance. By the power of this three times the three of their union, you, then, can manifest the Power, Wisdom and Love fused in the identity of the Mother within you to meet every challenge, to walk as initiates of the elements and the suns.

Then in 1994 the Maha Chohan told us:

“Love is the key. Whatever else you may develop and acquire in this or a thousand lifetimes, without love—without love in the manifestation of the power of the three-times-three and the nine gifts of the Holy Spirit—you will not fulfill your mission.

“Therefore, beloved, be generous with love. Give love daily. And daily call on the law of forgiveness for having withheld love in the forgotten past.”

To the one to the right, to the one to the left, before and behind, let love so saturate your garment. Let it be.

The Power of Mighty Victory

Now, the thoughtform for this year announced by Gautama Buddha has two components to it: the power of the three-times-three and the power of Mighty Victory.

Gautama Buddha said in that dictation: “Blessed ones, you do not know nor can you understand the tremendous power of Mighty Victory to change the world and to change you.”

Apropos this, I want to remind you that in 1987 Mighty Victory said to us: “Receive me to your heart. For I, Victory, encapsulate my Electronic Presence to a very small height that I might abide with you as the impetus to the balance of your threefold flame. Just call to me and say, ‘Victory's impetus is mine this day for Power, Wisdom and Love in balance.'”

So I suggest we take Mighty Victory up on his promise and use that mantra as we work on balancing our threefold flames. Let's say it now together, three times, with gusto:

Victory's impetus is mine this day for Power, Wisdom and Love in balance!
Victory's impetus is mine this day for Power, Wisdom and Love in balance!
Victory's impetus is mine this day for Power, Wisdom and Love in balance!

I tell you there is nothing more powerful than a balanced threefold flame springing from the white fount of the Divine Mother.

What you have to remember is that when the flames of love, wisdom and power are balanced within you, not only do you have the power of the three flames but you also have the exponential power of the three-times-three, which is nine. And the power of the nine is nothing less than invincible.

So, as the Maha Chohan said, it all boils down to this: “Without love in the manifestation of the three-times-three,…you will not fulfill your mission.”
